This Web Site was created for the Walker County Firefighters Association by Lanny Capps in Loving Memory of his son, Randy Capps, who served as a volunteer firefighter for both the Curry Volunteer Fire Department and the Parrish Volunteer Fire Department.

Randy was killed when a train struck the ambulance he was driving. (pictures below) His partner, Charles Edwards, was also killed in the accident. Randy and Charles worked Careline Alabama, who merged with American Medical Response soon after the accident.
